Day 04 : Dubai - Chennai (Mahabalipuram)
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Dubai airport for departure to Chennai. Arrive at Chennai, transfer to hotel at Mahabalipuram. Check in to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Cellular Jail Andaman Day 05 : Mahabalipuram to Chennai

Visa Procedure
Send the following by courier to reach M/s Alliance Hotels and Resorts' office at minimum 15 days prior to the intended date of departure from Dubai:
¤ Clear scan or photocopy of the First Page and Last Page of each Passport, which contains the information about
passport, passenger, address etc.
¤ One clear passport size color photograph of each applicant.
¤ Demand Draft payable to Alliance Hotels and Resorts, payable at New Delhi, towards refundable visa deposit fee of
Rs 6,000.00 per Applicant.

Important - Please Note
01. This package can be availed only by families traveling together for a holiday.
02. This package cannot be availed by single travelers, either male or female.
03. This package cannot be availed by unaccompanied children/minors.
04. On receipt of documents and deposit, application will be made for a Normal Visa.
05. It takes a minimum of 7 UAE working days for a Normal Visa to be processed.
06. All passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the intended date of departure from Dubai.
07. Alliance will ensure that Visa is applied immediately upon receipt of documents and visa fee deposit.
08. Rejection of Visa would be the sole responsibility of the Applicant/Booking Agent.
09. Cost of re-applying will have to be borne by the Applicant/Booking Agent.
10. No responsibility is taken by Alliance for delay in issuance of Visa.
11. No responsibility is taken by Alliance for any financial loss to passengers arising from delay in issuance of Visa.

Refund of Visa Fee Deposit
01. Once the package has been availed and all the passengers have returned to India, the visa fee deposit
[@ Rs 6,000.00 per passenger] will be refunded directly to the Applicant by Alliance Hotels and Resorts.
The Applicant must directly contact Alliance Hotels and Resorts, after the passengers' return to India.
02. Visa Fee deposit is not refundable in case the visa application is rejected for any reason by the UAE Government
03. Visa Fee deposit is not refundable if Applicant cancels package booking after the visa application has been
made/submitted.
04. Visa Fee deposit is refundable if the package booking cannot be confirmed for the dates requested.

Levy of Service Tax
The Government of India has levied a Service Tax @ 2.58% on all Air India Holiday Packages effective 01-Apr-2010.
This Service Tax is payable in addition to the package price displayed at the website.
The Service Tax amount will be reflected in the Fare Calculation column of the air ticket.

Additional Charges, if any are payable in local currency of destination or USD.

Most hotels will ask for a deposit or a credit card impression at the time of check-in. The deposit amount varies from hotel to hotel. If no extra charges are incurred, this will be refunded at the time of check-out.

Travel Document
Before commencing travel to these destinations passengers must ensure that all travel documents e.g. valid visas, 6 month minimum vaildity of passport, ECNR stamp on passport etc are procured by the client directly, associated costs for which are not included as part of these packages. In case passenger is unable to travel due to absence of required travel document/s, the booking will be declared a NO SHOW and no refund will be permitted.

User Development Fee (UDF)
UDF is payable by all passengers boarding flights from Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai. This fee is payable at the time of ticket issuance.
Please be advised that the UDF is not included in the package price and is payable extra; this fee will be collected at the time of issuance of air tickets.

Business Class Travel
For those passengers opting to travel Business "J" Class while availing holiday packages, booking offices / travel agents are advised to ensure that the J Class configuration is available on all flights that form part of the itinerary, prior to offering such packages to customers.

Infant Charges
Whereas the hotel charge for an infant is included in the package cost, the charges for the air ticket, which is to be separately issued, are NOT INCLUDED in the package cost.

Transiting Passengers
Passengers transiting due to the non-availability of an onward connecting flight the same day will have to make their own arrangement for overnight accommodation and/or airport transfers while transiting. The charges towards overnight stay are NOT INCLUDED in the package cost.

Layover Guidelines - Domestic Passengers
With effect from 15-Nov-2006, passengers issued package tickets will not be eligible for hotel accommodation in case of disruption / cancellation of flights.

If passenger is boarding a flight from the same station where the ticket has been issued, he/she will not be eligible for hotel accommodation irrespective of the fare charged.

In case of cancellation of flight or delays of more than three hours, passengers who are not provided hotel accommodation may get a reimbursement of conveyance charges not exceeding to Price on Request.

Tickets will not be valid for endorsement to other airlines.

Hotel stay will however be provided-
1. If a flight is diverted to a station other than the station of origin, passengers will be eligible for hotel accommodation
subject to availability of rooms.
2. If a flight has been terminated at an enroute station, passengers will be eligible for hotel accommodation subject to
availability of rooms.

Layover Guidelines - Overseas Passengers
Hotel accommodation will be provided to passengers traveling on our international routes in case of disruption / cancellation of flights subject to availability of rooms.
