Day 01 : Arrive Madurai
In the morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Madurai. On arrival at Madurai our representative will meet you and transfer you to Sentinel Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02 : Madurai to Chennai - Kuala Lumpur
Breakfast at the hotel. Fly to Chennai - No hotel stay provided in Chennai. Take an overnight flight to Kuala Lumpur

Next Day
Arrive Kuala Lumpur airport.
After immigration and customs, you will be met by our representative in the arrival hall at the airport.
In case of any difficulty in locating the drive please call the office numbers or emergency numbers mentioned in the hotel remarks. Transfer to Kuala Lumpur city.
Check in to hotel. Check-in time is 1400 hours. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Night tour of Kuala Lumpur (pick-up from hotel is 1830 hours). During the night tour dinner would be provided.

Day 03 : Kuala Lumpur
Breakfast. Full day Genting Highland tour with outdoor Theme park pass. In the evening return to Kuala Lumpur. Dinner coupon will be provided (no transfers).
About Genting Highlands:
1.5 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur city and at 2,000 metres above sea level; Genting Highland is one of the most developed hill resorts in Malaysia. Far from the hustle and bustle of the busy city where fresh mountain air and lush greenery is all around, you will find a wide assortment of attractions and entertainment. The only casino in Malaysia is located right here. Full of glitter and excitement, the atmosphere is best described as electrifying! Casino de Genting offers a host of exciting international games with modern gaming facilities. International class shows and live entertainment provide the accompanying glitz and glamour.

Day 04 : Kuala Lumpur - Singapore
Breakfast
Transfer to KL Central Railway Station to connect your train to Singapore departing at 0830 Hrs.
All passengers must possess Singapore Visa to board the train. We suggest that passengers carry some eatables (specially for children) and drinking water while boarding the train.
En-route from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, there is a stop at Jhora Baru station, where Malaysian Immigrations check your passports. Then the train stops at Woodlands station where you have to get down with luggage and go through immigrations and Customs. As the train stops for a limited time, passengers are requested to ensure that they are ready with Embarkation Cards, Passport and Baggage. Re-board the train for onward journey to Keppel Road station (also called Tajong Pagar station). Day 05 : Singapore
Breakfast. Morning city tour of Singapore. Pick up at 0830 hrs. Overnight at hotel.
City Tour:
An city tour that begins with a drive around the Civic District past the Padang, the Cricket Club and the historic Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. Next a stop at the Merlion Park for great views of Marina Bay and a picture-taking opportunity with The Merlion, Singapore's well-known tourism icon, a mythological creature that is part lion and part fish. The tour continues with a visit to the Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of the oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples on the island, before driving past Chinatown to a local handicraft centre. From there we proceed to the National Orchid Garden, located within the Singapore Botanic Gardens, which boasts a sprawling display of 60,000 orchid plants comprising of 400 species and more than 2,000 hybrids. Our final stop at Little India will entrance you with the scent of joss sticks, jasmine and spices.

Sentosa Island Tour:
Our tour coach will pick you at 1330 hrs. Drive to Mount Faber for a cable car ride to the Island and a panoramic view of the world's busiest harbour. Your admission fees are paid for. We will visit the Images of Singapore that depicts the history of Singapore and its cultural diversity, Underwater World - one of the largest oceanarium that has a 83m acrylic tunnel for a spectacular view of marine life, time permitting we take you for a Dolphin Show at the Dolphin Lagoon and finally we see the songs of the sea (A spectacular synchronized show of water fountains, coloured lights, lasers and music). Return to mainland Singapore by coach, via the causeway link.

Day 06 : Singapore - Bangkok - Drive to Pattaya
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Bangkok.
Arrive at Swarnabhumi International airport, Bangkok. After clearing the immigrations and customs, please proceed to approach Gate "C" Exit, Door 10. Please look for your name placard. Here our airport representative will meet you and transfer you to Pattaya in A/C Coach/Van - Timings - 0820; 1220 and 1620 Hrs. Early check-in subject to availability (normal check-in time is 1400 hours). Rest of the day free to enjoy various water sports (not included in package cost)

Day 07 : Pattaya - Visit Coral Islands
Breakfast. Set off for Coral Islands - enjoy watching corals and marine life from glass bottom boats in crystalline blue waters. Start of tour with speed boat ride to a paragliding platform (paragliding at own cost). Enjoy many water sports at the Coral Island (at own cost). Return to Pattaya for Indian Lunch at the restaurant.

Day 08 : Pattaya - Bangkok
Breakfast. Transfer by coach to Bangkok. SIC coach timings are: 0830 Hrs, 1230 Hrs, 1630 Hrs
Check in to hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel

Afternoon half day city tour of Bangkok. Your trip to Bangkok is not completed unless you have seen the subtle and intricate beauty of our Temple. Visit Wat Trimit (The Temple of Solid Gold Buddha weighing 5 ½ tons of gold) and Wat Po (The Temple of the Reclining Buddha). Afterwards visit the world famous Gems and Jewellery shop.

Day 09 : Depart from Bangkok
After breakfast you will be picked up from the hotel at scheduled time. Leave hotel for Bangkok Airport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Maximum allowed occupancy in one room is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years). Maximum 1 extra
bed is allowed in a room. In Genting however there is no provision for an extra bed. The child cost at all places is
without an extra bed, sharing parents room.
2. All transfers and sightseeing are by SIC (seat in coach) basis. Vehicle used depends on the group strength. As the
transfers are by sharing vehicles the passengers may have to wait for a little while. In Kuala Lumpur normally airport
coach brings the clients to the city from where they are taken by vans to respective hotels.
3. Official check-in time in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. In Genting the
check-in time is 1500 Hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in is always subject to availability and at
complete discretion of the hotel. In case you do not check-out at scheduled time the rooms get auto-locked and the
hotel has a right to charge you for late check-out.
4. All hotels in Malaysia and Singapore will ask for a deposit or credit card impression at the time of check-in. The
deposit amount varies from hotel to hotel.
5. For all transfers and tours, please wait at the Bell Captain or Concierge Counter at least 5 minutes before scheduled
pick-up time. Please do not wait in your room or the Coffee Shop.
6. Please be informed of exact timings for sightseeing or airport departure transfers. Should you be late and coach
leaves without you, transportation will be at your own expense and there are no refunds for the services missed.
7. Re-confirm your onward flight upon arrival in Singapore/Malaysia. Local Indian Airlines numbers are: 62277746 for
Singapore and for Malaysia 40443055.
8. Should you have any difficulty in locating the driver at airports or train stations please call the office
numbers/emergency numbers or after office hours numbers mentioned on the voucher and hotel remarks.
9. It is not possible to accommodate all guests in hotels near Indian Restaurants. Clients will have to make their own
way to Restaurants and no transfers are provided. In Singapore the restaurants are within walking distance from
Hotel City Hub and Fortuna. Indian restaurants are not within walking distance from Hotel River View in Singapore.
10. For Airport/Station transfers, the vehicles just have enough space to accommodate baggage similar to permissible
limit by airlines. We may not be able to accommodate any further bulky piece of luggage purchased locally and
passenger will have to make own arrangement.
11. There will be no refunds for any meals missed due to early flights/trains to next destinations.
12. Pick-up time from Genting Hotels (when traveling from Genting to Kuala Lumpur) will vary from hotel to hotel and is
clearly mentioned on the voucher you will get at the local destination.
13. Please carry some eatables and drinking water when traveling by Train/Coach between Malaysia and Singapore or
v.v.
14. For all clients traveling to Genting the theme park pass will be valid for a fixed date. This date is clearly stamped on
the pass and can vary depending on the arrival flight/train.
15. There will be no refunds made for any sightseeing missed due to delay of flight/train.
16. Sentosa afternoon till sunset tour does not operate on Sundays and public holidays.
17. Universal Studios tour is not possible on 2, 3, 4 April ; 1, 2 May ; 7, 8, 9 Aug. and 10, 11, 12 Sept. 2010. Clients will
either be offered a refund or they can alternately take Night Safari with dinner.
18. In Singapore hotel supplements will apply during the periods: 19-23 April, 10-14 May, 14-19 June due to
Internationsl conventions.

Levy of Service Tax
Government of India has levied a Service Tax @ 2.58% on all Air India Holiday Packages effective 01-Apr-2010.
This Service Tax is payable in addition to the package price displayed at the website.
The Service Tax amount will be reflected in the Fare Calculation column of the air ticket.

Additional Charges, if any are payable in local currency of destination or USD.

Most hotels will ask for a deposit or a credit card impression at the time of check-in. The deposit amount varies from hotel to hotel. If no extra charges are incurred, this will be refunded at the time of check-out.

Travel Documents
Before commencing travel to these destinations passengers must ensure that all travel documents e.g. valid visas, 6 month minimum validity of passport, ECNR stamp on passport etc are procured by the client directly, associated costs for which are not included as part of these packages. In case passenger is unable to travel due to absence of required travel document/s, the booking will be declared a NO SHOW and no refund will be permitted.

User Development Fee (UDF)
UDF is payable by all passengers boarding flights from Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai. This fee is payable at the time of ticket issuance.
Please be advised that the UDF is not included in the package price and is payable extra; this fee will be collected at the time of issuance of air tickets.

Business Class Travel
For those passengers opting to travel Business "J" Class while availing holiday packages, booking offices / travel agents are advised to ensure that the J Class configuration is available on all flights that form part of the itinerary, prior to offering such packages to customers.

Infant Charges
Whereas the hotel charge for an infant is included in the package cost, the charges for the air ticket, which is to be separately issued, are NOT INCLUDED in the package cost.

Transiting Passengers
Passengers transiting due to the non-availability of an onward connecting flight the same day will have to make their own arrangement for overnight accommodation and/or airport transfers while transiting. The charges towards overnight stay are NOT INCLUDED in the package cost.

Layover Guidelines - Domestic Passengers
With effect from 15-Nov-2006, passengers issued package tickets will not be eligible for hotel accommodation in case of disruption / cancellation of flights.

If passenger is boarding a flight from the same station where the ticket has been issued, he/she will not be eligible for hotel accommodation irrespective of the fare charged.

In case of cancellation of flight or delays of more than three hours, passengers who are not provided hotel accommodation may get a reimbursement of conveyance charges not exceeding to Price on Request.

Tickets will not be valid for endorsement to other airlines.

Hotel stay will however be provided-
1. If a flight is diverted to a station other than the station of origin, passengers will be eligible for hotel accommodation
subject to availability of rooms.
2. If a flight has been terminated at an enroute station, passengers will be eligible for hotel accommodation subject to
availability of rooms.

Layover Guidelines - Overseas Passengers
Hotel accommodation will be provided to passengers traveling on our international routes in case of disruption / cancellation of flights subject to availability of rooms.
